LIV FUNCTIONALITY TEST SYSTEM
 
The LIV is a system for functionality testing of organic electronics. It establishes a complete solution for functionality testing, detailed characterization and special lifetime testing of OLEDs, OPVs, organic sensors, and other organic semiconductor devices.

The system features a broad voltage range and high current measurement accuracy. It is PC controlled and is operated with dedicated software. Various software and hardware modules are available and allow adaptation of the system configuration to individual testing needs. For OLED testing a broad variety of optical sensors, including photodiodes, color sensors, fiber optical spectrometers or luminance cameras can be used as detectors. For OPV testing the build-in editor for user defined formulas allows online calculation of OPV performance parameters, making data post-processing unnecessary.

A special software module allows using the system as source measure unit (SMU) for driving and measuring electrical performance parameters in any application. A benefit of the PC controlled operation as SMU is that all measurements are recorded and directly saved to data files. Integration in other test setups is possible with an OEM developer kit available for the system. The command lists and system drivers included in this package allow operation of the system from any customer specific test software.
